Baked Pacific Saury

INGREDIENTS

MARINADE

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp eel sauce

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2

  1. Thaw fish, blot dry, marinate for 30 minutes
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F
  3. Cut 3 slits
  4. Place fish in a baking pan and then on top of the baking rack
  5. Bake for 25 minutes
  6. Plate up on lettuce

    醃料

    • 2 湯匙  燒鰻魚汁
    • 1 茶匙  蒜紛
    • ½ 茶匙  鹽
    • ½ 茶匙  胡椒粉

    美味焗秋刀魚

    1. 秋刀魚觧冰, 吸乾, 塗上醃料
    2. 在魚身界三刀, 醃30分鐘
    3. 將秋刀魚放在焗盆鐵架上,置375F熱焗爐內
    4. 焗25分鐘
    5. 上碟,放在生菜上
    6. 上桌供食
