INGREDIENTS

Pacific Saury
3 leaves lettuce
MARINADE
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp eel sauce
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
Thaw fish, blot dry, marinate for 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 375°F
Cut 3 slits
Place fish in a baking pan and then on top of the baking rack
Bake for 25 minutes
Plate up on lettuce

上碟,放在生菜上
