Silverfish With Egg
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg Searay
Silverfish
2 large eggs
1 stk green onion, chopped
1 stk parsley, chopped
FISH SEASONING
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
EGG SEASONING
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp oil
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2
Thaw silverfish, blot dry
Marinate with seasoning.
Break eggs, add seasoning.
Add 3 tbsp oil into heated wok
Fry silverfish to 80% done
Add to egg.
Heat wok again, add oil
Fry egg mixture
Garnish with parsley and green onion

大白飯魚
2 只 大雞蛋
1 棵 葱, 切碎
1 棵 芫茜, 切碎
白飯魚調味
¼ 茶匙 胡椒粉
½ 茶匙 鹽
½ 茶匙 糖
雞蛋調味
1 茶匙 麻油
1 茶匙 生抽
食譜
將白飯魚解冰, 吸乾, 加入調味品, 拌勻
打散雞蛋, 加入調味品, 拌勻
熱鑊落油3湯匙, 煎白飯魚至八成熟
加入蛋中, 拌勻
再熱鑊落油少許, 將魚和蛋煎成餅狀
即可上碟, 放上芫茜供食
