Steamed Brown Grouper
INGREDIENTS
1 Searay
Brown Grouper
5 Chinese mushrooms, soaked and cut into thin strips
3 tbsp shredded lean pork
3 tbsp shredded ginger
1 stk green onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp hot oil
SEASONING
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 4
Mix 1 tbsp each soy sauce and corn starch with shredded pork
Clean and dry the fish
Add seasoning and cut 5 slits on the side of the fish
Place on a plate, cover with mushrooms and pork
Steam for 8 minutes
Garnish with shredded ginger and green onion
Pour the heated oil and a splash of soy sauce on the fish

3 湯匙 玫頭膄肉, 切絲
3 湯匙 羌, 切絲
1 棵 葱, 切絲
1 湯匙 熟油
醃料
1 茶匙 鹽
½ 茶匙 胡椒粉
特色蒸芝麻班
玫頭肉加入生抽, 粟粉各1茶匙, 拌勻醃片刻
洗凈魚, 吸乾水, 塗上調味品
在魚身上切5刀, 盛以碟
放上冬菇, 肉絲, 蒸8分鐘
放上羌絲,葱絲
再灒熟油, 淋上生抽
上桌供食
